We cracked open a bottle of Californian bubbles…
First up was crab dip with nachos to dip in.
Crab dip is basically cream cheese and crab meat - plus some spring onions in our case.
Next up was a beautifully colourful salad - pecans, avocado, strawberries, spinach and satsumas and potatoes.
Isn’t that salad gorgeous!?
And a second bottle of Barefoot wine - this time white.
Then we had ‘New York’ blueberry cheesecake and fruits for dessert…
It literally tasted just like maple syrup melting in your mouth!
