Tourist on the Thames
What a great way to see London from a different perspective - whizzing down the Thames on a speedboat, courtesy of Thames RIB Experience. The hour-long trip from Embankment pier to Canary Wharf takes in all the major tourist sites…
Big Ben, Westminster Bridge
The London Eye
South Bank
Tate Modern & The Shard
Millenium Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral
London Bridge
Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre
Canary Wharf
…and lots more!
Followed by some delicious ceviche and steak tartare!
Sky views

It has a feel similar to the Empire State Building in New York and was fantastic to see the iconic landscape from a different perspective.
We were also lucky enough to hear a talk from some of the architect’s team.
There is also a bar and restaurant at The Shard but we’d been for Afternoon Tea on a boat cruising down the thames earlier so didn’t sample their offerings…
