We started our unwind with some drinks...I was lured by the signature cocktails, selecting the 'Silver Jet' on the credit of it's description:
Though I'm not usually a fan of ginger beer, it didn't disappoint (and yes, I did even nibble on the chilli!)
In amongst the catch-up, I also ate a rump steak - complete with triple cooked 'fat' chips, mushroom, vine tomatoes, watercress and garlic sauce...delicious!
