The best gifts are handmade…I’m sure someone told me that once!
And what better gift than chocolate?!
With that in mind, I decided to make some wild bilberry chocolates.
Its relatively easy to do.
I started by melting down some white chocolate blocks (you could also use cacao butter or another chocolate flavour if you prefer). Make sure when you melt chocolate you use a “bain marie” - a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, rather than melting the chocolate directly in the saucepan to avoid burning it.
Then melt the coconut cream/butter.
Next, pick your fruit flavour - I chose SUPERGOODFRUITS wild bilberry smoothie powder for speed. But you could also use any of their freeze-dried fruits and grind them into a powder using a coffee grinder or blender.

Put your chosen moulds into the freezer, so they are cold before you put anything into them to prevent the ingredients separating. I use silicon lolly moulds and also ice cube trays.
In a blender, combine the melted chocolate, coconut and fruit powder.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Then pour into the moulds.
Freeze immediately.
I left my candies in their moulds in the freezer overnight, but they should be done after a couple of hours.
Simply remove the chocolates from their moulds and start handing them out!
